All ants must be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class and all other products can be sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class or 1st Class. Due to the current situation, orders are shipped once a week. The Royal Mail have said that there may be delays in delivery.

We offer a total live arrival guarantee for all ants sold. All you need to do is email us at AntsAntsUK@hotmail.com and we will refund you for your purchase or send you some replacement ants if they are available. We will require the dead ants be sent back to us in the test tube that they arrived in.

If any of our products arrive damaged we will refund you fully or send you a replacement. You will need to send us the damaged product.

Live arrival guarantee will be void if you miss the first attempt at delivery.
